Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BirdPay (“we,” “us,” “our”), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our services. By using BirdPay’s services, you agree to this policy.


1. Service Nature

BirdPay provides technology-driven services including:

  • Custom Software Development

  • Mobile Application Development

  • B2B & B2C Portal Solutions

  • API Development & Integrations

  • CRM Systems

  • Secure Payment Solutions

  • AMC / Technical Support

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.


2. Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email.

  • Cancellations must be requested before work has commenced to be eligible for consideration.

  • Once development, integration, or implementation work has started, cancellations may not be possible.

AMC / Support Cancellation

  • AMC or support subscriptions can be canceled by providing prior written notice as per the agreed service contract.

  • Services already rendered will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.


3. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or incorrect payment made by the client

  • Services not initiated after successful payment

  • Technical or operational issues directly attributable to BirdPay, where resolution is not possible

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after service initiation

  • Delays caused by incomplete information or approvals from the client

  • Partially completed services

  • Customized development work already delivered or in progress

  • AMC or support services already utilized


4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email with payment details and reason for request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on banking and payment provider policies.


5. Payment Gateway Transactions

For transactions processed via BirdPay’s payment solutions, refunds are governed by:

  • Merchant’s refund policies

  • Payment method rules (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.)

  • Applicable banking and regulatory guidelines

BirdPay is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.


6. Modifications to Policy

BirdPay reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
