For any paid Services, you agree to pay all fees as outlined in the applicable order form, invoice, or service contract. All payments must be made in a timely manner and in the specified currency.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges or suspension of Services.
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials displayed on BirdPay’s website and Services are the property of BirdPay or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
